InDesign

Another program that I used during the task is Adobe InDesign CS4. I used this to create the double page spread as it is more of a desktop publishing program so is more useful to add text and make it look more like a professional double page spread. I used Photoshop to manipulate the images, then used placed them into InDesign, where I was able to text wrap, put text into columns, auto flow text, and input pull quotes. Even though I had never used Photoshop before, I had heard of it, however, I had never heard of InDesign before. I was becoming so used to Photoshop; I was reluctant to use InDesign. However, once I got the hang in InDesign, I found that it wasn’t as confusing as I had first expected it to be.
